How do I add my property?
Just click the 'Add Your Property' option on the menu and select the type of property you want to add (rental or sale) from the next page. Once you've chosen the type of property, fill out the form and click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. That's it - now wait for enquiries!
How do I receive enquiries?
Whenever a site user enters details of a property which matches yours, you will receive an email which contains summary details of their enquiry. You can then choose whether or not you want to receive the contact details of this enquirer.
How do I get contact details of my enquirers?
Click the link in the email you receive informing you of your enquiry and you will be offered the opportunity to buy the contact details of the enquirer. The cost to buy the contact details is just £2 for sales enquiries or £3 for rental enquiries.

Nothing, zero, nada. You can search for properties (rentals or sales) for FREE. Owners will contact you with their best offer - it's your choice whether to accept it or not.
How do I search for a rental property?
Click the 'Rentals' option on the menu and complete the form on the next page. Once you've finished, click the 'Submit Enquiry' button at the bottom of the page then sit back and wait for those offers to arrive in your email inbox. Don't forget to check your junk email folder in case your offers are inadvertantly classified as spam by your email program settings.
