We are not responsible for ensuring that advertisers and clients actually complete a transaction. You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you.

2.3 Liability. 3.2 Fraud Without limiting any other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged or are about to engage in, or have been in any way involved in or linked to, fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.
4. Your Information

We will, and you authorise us to, send your contact details (as a property searcher) to registered renters or sellers who pay us for those details
We may use the information you supplied to us from time to time to contact you regarding new features we add to the site or any operational changes we make. As we are constantly reviewing and improving the easyholidaylet.co.uk website, such features and / or changes are intended to create a better user experience and be of a benefit to our users, therefore, by placing a property on our database, you agree to receive these email contacts from us occasionally. 5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including
